Our story begins in 1920 in Bari, in the land of Apulia, with grandfather Francesco, a practical, bold, but above all, a visionary man, and his dream: to arouse amazement through light. And it was just so that at the beginning of the 1900s, he was one of the first to pay tribute with his creations to St. Nicholas during the patronal feast of Bari, writing a story that would never end.
Over the years, Francesco has handed down his knowledge and his love for this work to his son Giuseppe who, with as much passion, talent and mastership, has continued his father’s dream, developing new techniques and exporting Paulicelli luminarie lights all over the world.
Today, the art of timeless Apulian illuminations continues thanks to the work of Domenico, his wife Francesca and the whole Team, who, still united by the same charm, brings the beauty and uniqueness of the Light Design and the time-honored family tradition in many places around the world, continuing to thrill entire families and generations.
